I would add a few more ingredients to that naan , and that would be minced ginger and minced onion with a little bit of hot pepper seed's . I love the recipe . @@KanaksKitchenEnglish my pan was a non stick pan so the naan kept falling off. I just held it directly over the flame with some metal tongs. Taste was ok, I didn't use any additional baking soda ( used self raising flour) so I'll add more baking soda next time. My mum is home now so I won't be doing much cooking.
