I just tried this recipe, and it is amazing. Completely foolproof, great flavor. I did change out the honey though with a hot honey from Walmart that was supposedly chili infused. The whole house smells like garlic and everyone is happy and full. Give it a try!

​@@hotdrumchickI bake my garlic in the corner of oven (when I'm already baking something) so no extra effort or cost. I take out the hot garlic mush it & while it's hot I add the parmesan & herbs. The video uses it while it's hot, I would cool it in the fridge. Once solid it is a flavoured butter useful in anything from morning toast to chicken skewers.
