What kind and size screwdriver do you need to remove the screws? Is it some kind of torx bit?

Your battery was a 361-00072-00 (180mAh) but some sellers offer a 361-00076-00 which is 250mAh and supposed to be compatible, but won't a larger capacity battery be a bit fatter and maybe not fit inside the case?

76-00 might not fit inside. Just use the specified battery for your watch.

Not waterproof after tampering the original adhesive.

You can not. Opening the watch will break the waterproof seal. Applying adhesive will not bring back ng waterproof capability of the watch. If you have waterproof adhesive for the watch then you can use it to swim, but not sure for how long and how deep. Since this watch is for running, not for swimming.

opo po, medyo mahirap magpalit ng battery. almost same lang po process sir. kapag nabuksan na, wag nyo na masyado pagkatiwalaan ang waterproofing.

completely ridiculous. The 220 is GARBAGE! They obviously designed the watch so that battery replacement would be impossible for most people. Now why would they do that? Why do you think? To get you to buy their latest new improved watch when the battery stops holding a charge on the 220. Garmin is GARBAGE. I will never buy another Garmin product

That is a marketing strategy. All smart watches have the same design. You need to get the job done by service center or a certified tech.
