Oh yeah, and fun to view a few times each day. I think Garmin will continue to improve its accuracy.

Can I answer a voicemail using my Amazfit Balance? Or does the voicemail message get sent to my Balance watch?

I never use body battery. I know how I feel.

Your internal "Body Battery", yes, it is the best, and most accurate gauge for health. I wonder though in the year 2026 if Garmin, Amazfit, Apple, Samsung, Google/Fitbit, ŌURA Ring, Ultrahuman, and maybe 22 other orgs will have the hardware and software to truly give us 97.9% consistent, and accurate, readings about our energy, recovery, stress, glucose, and more...

Body battery is low when I feel great and high when I feel tired and drained. I figured out a long time ago that its completely worthless. I bought a chest strap and take HRV every morning and thats more accurate (but still not perfect)

Interesting is your perspective on Body Battery. As I have said for years, yes, whatever floats your boat. As much as I vlog about Body Battery, no, it is not 100% my coach and path to exercise or not. I always listen to my body and mind...

When I had Garmin Fenix 6x pro for the first time, It was working well. I was wearing it for something like 8-12 moths and I sold it. I bought it back again, it is around 1,5 weeks and I need to say that sometimes it shows quite alright score. But most of the times it is wrong or there are fluctuations. It is a great tool, but It is not perfect. It should be more precise. The whole ecosystem lacks of multiple things. Like caffine intake, drugs, alcohol, your personal score how do you feel. Etc. There are literally bugs in garmin ecosystem that are not fixed for a fucking years. There are small things missing. That I kinda lose hope in this company.

Yep, I sported the fēnix 7x too for over a year and I felt is was accurate. Tracking caffeine, medicine, alcohol, sugar, and the other four food groups, yes, is important. I think in my lifetime, yes, gadgets will be tracking a plethora of more things. And nope, Garmin is far from perfect. For the most part, I would say that my "Body Battery" score is around 60 to 80% accurate depending on the day.
