Jon and I hit Taylorsville lake on a cold day in March. It was supposed to be sunny and warmer, but it stayed COLD and windy all day. That didn't stop Jon from figuring out the bite. You can always tell when someone is passionate about what they are doing. When it comes to crappie, Jon is your man! Take a look!

I went there two weeks ago. I could see all the crappies underneath the boat on LiveScope. However they didn't bite. Maybe it is because I have two noisy kids in the boat. I will try your bait the next time.

Lol that may be why they didn't bite, but then again my noisy shivering didn't seem to affect them too bad haha!

Fishing Kit yeah, I have two livescope setups shared between 3 units. I also run Lowrance for side imaging, sonar, and mapping.

Wrong Angling I find that lake to fish better when it’s up and muddy. I believe it was about 9’ over summer pool that day. Walkway to the courtesy dock was under water.
