Hello, you would need a watch with built-in maps such as one from the Garmin Fenix or Garmin Epix Pro series. With them you can select a destination near you and get step by step walking instructions. Some non Garmin options are the Fitbit Charge 6 & Samsung Galaxy Watch 6 &7 however these do need your phone present for the use of Google maps. While the garmin options use GPS and built-in maps not needing your phone.

Thank you Noosha, and it does not have built in maps. However, you can see a mapped route in the Garmin Connect App after a GPS tracked workout.

@@noosha7sm no, once again this watch does not have built in maps or navigation (none of the Venu series watches have that currently), if you want those features you'd need a different smartwatch such as the Garmin Fenix 7S, Fenix 6S, or Forerunner 265S for example.

I have not had any issues with sleep tracking the only thing I wish they had is options for sleep because weekends I work midnights.

You would need to change your bedtime time iñfeom the app on weekends and see if that works.

Hello! Yes you use this to download Spotify playlists and listen to it phone free with Bluetooth headphones. For Garmin watches I believe this is the cheapest AMOLED display watch with music functionality, if you want to do a MIP (memory in pixel) display watch, you can pick up a Fenix 6 series or Vivoactive 4 series possibly for a lower price than the Venu SQ 2 Music.

Hello, both are good for workouts and general everyday useage (ex. Heart rate, steps, calories etc.) I'd recommend going with the watch with the design, and price you prefer.

@@daphnejohnson6117 I don't have the Venu SQ non music version so I cant speak to that but, I've used and reviewed many Garmin watches on the channel (ex. Venu 2S, Vivoactive 4S, Venu SQ2 Music, Lily, Fenix 6S, Forerunner 255S & more) and the Venu SQ Music is the only Garmin watch to have this no sleep tracking issue.

​@@daphnejohnson6117 @AbbyBReviewing may have overlooked some 'settings' that's why she faced the 'sleep tracking issue'... there's no issue if you have that one watch alone - maybe by being new to the Garmin ecosystem, but when you have multiple, whichever watch you wear to sleep; it should be set as your 'Main device' within the Connect App!

Hi, it cannot be downloaded through your phone. If you have mp3 files they can be transferred to the watch using a computer and the Garmin Express app, or can vmbe downloaded over Wi-Fi with your spotify account for example.

Seems you have multiple watches (I'm guessing from you being a reviewer)... to track sleep with a particular watch such as the Venu Sq Musik you have here, you need to set it as your main device in Connect. I know it's a bit unhinged, but that's the way to go to solve this 'lack of sleep data' <a href="#" class="seekto" data-time="569">09:29</a>

Hi Skye, to add Spotify music to your watch do the following: 1. Make sure the Bluetooth is turned on, on your phone and watch. And that your watch is connect to your Wi-Fi 2. Check that the Spotify app is installed and updated using the Garmin Connect IQ App (install/update if needed) 3. Open the Garmin Connect App, and sync your watch 4. Open the Spotify app on your watch and follow the instructions to continue on phone with the Garmin Connect App still open 5. When prompted log into your Spotify account and allow access to your Garmin watch when the Spotify window pops up 6. Go back on the watch to the Spotify app and choose the playlist, or podcasts you want to download 7. Move your watch close to your modem and wait for the songs to download (will go from 0% to 100%) 8. Thats it!

@@Skye.93 you cannot add downloaded music from your phone. The only way to add music mp3 files to your watch is by using a compuer and downloading the Garmin Express app. If you can get your phones music onto your computer, you can log into Garmin Express, plug you watch into the computer with the charging cord. click the music tab, then drag/drop the music you want to add there. Hope that helps, and my bad I misread your previous message.
