Skincare is my jam! Belif The True Cream - Moisturizing Bomb (not the aqua bomb) is great for dry skin and is affordable. Adding a bit of your favorite skin oil is good in the winter. Alpha Skincare Renewal Body Lotion 12% Glycolic AHA is great for body. It keeps the scaly skin away. It’s unscented so I just add a bit of my favorite scented lotion if I want to smell good.

Dry skin. Water water water! You can also try castor oil. I would suggest mixing a drop with a good night cream. Some people can have problems with castor oil but most love it. Mixing it with a night cream will decrease any negative effects your skin might have and give your skin time to adjust to it. Be sure to get hexane free and cold pressed.

I never like my wash day hair. It always is better than next day. I started using the Garnier curl sculpt, and wow my hair actually likes this. I thought I was a fan of mousse, but my hair does not like it at all. I also use the John Frida’s dream curls for when I refresh. I just spray a little on and scrunch, and I’m loving the arrow gel spray that you show on here so often!

Oh Em G! I love my hair again, thanks to U! ❤ Over time, I’d gotten lazy about scrunching and product distribution. Funny how routine can cause me to get so slack- slap in some curl gel, hurry up and get it 80% dry so it’s not frizzy and run out the door. I took my time today and made sure my hair was throughly coated tip to scalp and scrunched like a mofo 😅 Wowza! I have fab curls! Actually came back to grab your link for areo gel, but just had to stop by the comments and Thank You! ❤️

I also have a retinol that burns my skin so right now I’m not using it.

Love all your amazing videos. Could you do a naked curls tutorial? I love a natural look and not really into styling products unless for a special occasion. I enjoy my hair being soft and being able to run my hands through it. I know I sacrifice definition, but when I was younger I had soft defined curls and no products aside from a leave in conditioner. Can't get that look again lol . Would love to see your take on a naked curls routine with only a good leave in conditioner and no styling products Thanks!

Hi! Thank you so much for asking. My hair won’t do anything without products. I really have to use products to encourage my curls. So without products my hair will be frizzy, flat, and a hot mess!
safflower oil to wash (a true oil cleans 😀) in the morning, SMALL amount followed by a cold/cool rinse... after morning tea/coffee/ breakfast, then sunscreen etc. in the evening a more generous amount of Safflower oil to break up sunscreen ,makeup etc followed by a nice massage of safflower oil. this should help whilst you "shop" for a moisturizer that you like. good luck, just like hair, our skin changes as we age.

Oh I don’t know! I looked online but I never found any styling products by Garnier. Every country has different rules about what can be sold. So it may not be there. But start experimenting with products in the grocery store and don’t be afraid to mix them. 🥰
@amyd63982 ай бұрын
I use the Garnier curl shampoo after my clarifying wash. It is concentrated and the huge bottle will last forever. Especially with my fine, short hair. I like that it isn’t overly fragranced. As far as my skin is concerned, I use an unscented body butter on my face at night as the last step in my skincare. My skin is plump and juicy in the morning. However, not recommended if you have break outs. Neutrogena unscented body oil on my arms and legs after I towel off. It is the lightest formulation of body oil that I have found. If my skin feels dry after it has had time to set in while I do my makeup, I will add a layer of body lotion. Most of the time I just need lotion in a spot or two. The oil really boosts moisture without being heavy. Directions are to apply to wet skin to seal in the moisture. That was a disaster for me. Menopausal women are inventive and experiment until we find something that works. Best of luck 😍

*Wow!* Your hair looks fantastic! 👏🏻I mean...when _doesn't_ your hair look great?! 😬 I do love a conditioner with good slip, so I'm gonna have to give these products a try! I'm no-nonsense when it comes to skincare and have used Paula's Choice for over 20 years (I'm 64). I have very sensitive, reactive skin and here's what works for me: in the A.M: Skin Recovery Softening Cream Cleanser, Vitamin C serum (currently using Natrium ), Clinique's All About Eyes (for undereye) or Paula's Choice Resist Anti-Aging Eye Gel, Skin Recovery Daily Moisturizing w/SPF 30; in the P.M: Skin Recovery Softening Cream Cleanser, either Paula's Choice 8% AHA Exfoliant or the BHA (I use these products mostly every day, or every other day, depending on what my skin is telling me 😬), sometimes I use Paula's Choice Super Antioxidant Concentrate Serum w/Retinol instead of the AHA or BHA, Paula's Choice Resist Anti-Aging Eye Cream and then finish with the Skin Recovery Hydrating Treatment Mask (I use it as my nighttime moisturizer).I hope that helps! ❤
