Honestly for me if 1015 didn’t exist, i would say that this is probably one of the most *complete* episodes of one piece we’ve gotten in a looooong time. No dilly dallying no 8 second pauses of no speaking or real visuals, **no shamisen playing for 8 fucking minutes of an episode**. Just fantastic lore/story, fantastic animation even in non-combat scenes (Bar scene was amazing), and there was obviously plenty of great fighting sequences throughout. 9.5/10

Missed Detail! There's been a lot of discussion around the Blackbeard theories, and we know Oda is meticulous about details, like Shanks' scars at the Holyland. In this episode 115, there's a scene where Blackbeard laughs after defeating law... and I couldn't help but notice something peculiar about his teeth. Initially, he covers his face while laughing, but in the next scene, as he laughs, his teeth seem to shift-specifically, his right front tooth and bottom left tooth. It looks intentional since Oda zooms in on his teeth during this moment.

Yo, Garp has conq haki, its not a debate. When reading the manga, every time someone charges up a adv conq attack it always has "ZZT" on the panel. In the roger flashback, on rooftop, etc. Whenever there is a panel with a character charging up an attack, the best way to tell if its adv conq is the "ZZT"

My rule on this is that Oda will always make it undeniably clear when someone uses Conq. 1) Someone will make a remark. 2) People will lose consciousness. You'll see one of these two give aways in the latest chapter or in Divine Departure ep. It's all about the character framing, when Law loses it's sad because we actually like Law. When Kidd get's 1 tapped it's funny cuz people only mildly care about Kidd aside from his dedicated fans. Law is almost universally liked because of his backstory, his narrative significance or his cool attitude/demeanor. Kidd on the other hand doesn't have much outside of being part of this supposed "trio of rivals" with him, Luffy and Law (which him and Law aren't really all relative to Luffy in the slightest).
