Just came back from Tokyo and visited the cafe many times. There are 3 gents making coffee and it all tastes great. It's open late with a casual, relaxed vibe. ☺

Kinda whitey!theyre fucking care about anything, even its small thing for non sense. If the guy is talking active, it's must be damm annoying, trying so hard,etc..if he kinda quite, just don't want to taking, only showing the work, then he's ROBOT, he don't have any feeling, he's stress out,etc.. White ppl always say Asian is judging, but white ppl is most ppl who's judging of evrything. ANYTHING!!! He's just don't what to talking, just forcus on the show of how it done, then what happen. Each ppl is different, why ppl always make drama story even just base on this??? Read all the dumb comment here, can they stop showing us how stupid judging the are. Seriously, how can you or someone knowing he's stress? I, admit, I want watching something have a sound, talking,etc..I mean relax, but talking active enough, not that just quite like this. But not cause of that, you have to say shit to someone while they're won't do nothing harmful or hurt you.

KTTCP that’s not how this brew method works. Do your own research into it, instead of being ignorant and making dumb statements on something you don’t understand.

He shouldn't be squeezing out the water atop the filters' holding bin with his hand. He's contaminating the rest of the water with the other unused filters.

The Japanese are fully aware that they are viewed as perfectionists and meticulous so they put up these shows and charge top dollar for them. As long as there are foreigners and people willing to spend these kind of money for this "once in lifetime" experiences these places will line their pockets with sweet sweet yens.
