Garrett, I've always told people and myself that I have no "luv" of money. Therefore, don't got much of it. Although I'm into it all, being a licensed life insurance agent, i just never can get it going. If that makes any sense. I need to find a passion for this now! Because I really think this is the way. Not really a comment, more like venting...but I feel like I'm so close to doing this, yet feel somewhat fraudulent being such a new agent.

Well again a very informative content from you l like the line remain active while investing and passive on management today's mutual funds don't work for investors they work for their fees and commissions but lack of financial knowledge of people make their job easier we have lot of problems to solve by ourselves to create cashflow sadly most of the people think someone else has a solution for that not them .

I’d really be interested to know how the math works of “Baby Steps” to financial Independence.... Dave R has his to debt freedom, but I want to know yours with risk tolerance & finding the accurate investments.
