I just listened again to this whole interview.... Just WOW.... Here are my favorite nuggets. Love the renewing of the WWTRD... MORE CURRENT INFO on the people using Life Insurance as a way to build their family legacy. Showing our future generations how to believe in and protect our legacy. Now having a better understanding up the future of cost of goods due to inflation, because of the Covid-19 situation. Understanding that it is okay to buy your wealth with permanent whole life insurance as long as you put it to good use to build your future. Inflation, taxes, and 0 interest rate at the point of retirement will never benefit you. in order to put something to good use, you must listen over and over and take good notes and then implement the information so that we can build a better future for our future generations. Use what Garrett Gunderson, Wealth Nation, and the Infinite Banking Concept have given us as tools to build our future, so that future generations can look up at your picture on the mantel in a house that you helped build for them to turn and look and actually say "Thank You" for the building blocks that help put your family's foundation on a stronger ground, so that they will not have the struggle that you had as you built your families legacy.

@prepper834 жыл бұрын
Jennifer. My Insurance Agent designed a policy for me through Penn Mutual that has a an Internal Rate of Return (IRR) of over 5.5% over the long haul (30+ years). It’s guaranteed at 4% and dividends (paid consistently for over 100+ years) are on top of the 4%.

I used to sell insurance years ago... what I always noticed is that the cost of Insurace eats away at the cash value and especially as you get older deeming it a not so good way to deploy long term money. how is this combated or how has this changed this day in age in policies available? Thank you for your help

That sounds like a UL with YRT. Using a whole life policy or a UL with a fixed cost should avoid a rising cost of insurance

Bravo! I really enjoy your channel. Learning a lot even at age 59. Maybe there's still hope for my future. Dave Ramsey also says not to go into debt unless you want to buy a $200,000 house. The biggest waste of money is a mortgage. He's kind of inconsistent that way.
@ddillard1434 жыл бұрын
Dave Ramsey is good for paying off debt. Everything else is suspect. Mutual funds and term life insurance? He's on the wrong industry's payroll
