is this the 9 mm Japanese chunky machine, the Studio 150 Chunky? I saw your video on it.

I mainly use Brother machines. This will be a Brother 270, which knits Group 4 yarns quite well.

Bonjour Dianna. J’ai regardé votre vidéo qui a l’air simple pour faire une bordure au point mousse sur le bord d’un ouvrage. Je tricoter de la layette avec les bord au point mousse à la main . J’ai voulu faire comme vous sur ma Erka 40 ( Brother kh860 ) jauge 4,5 et bien c’est impossible. Les mailles sont trop petites. Je ne comprend pas. Votre machine est pour la grosse laine ? Il s'agit d'une machine à tricoter volumineuse, avec des aiguilles au pas de 9 mm. Le vôtre fait 4,5 mm. Cela fait des points beaucoup plus gros. Cette technique est fastidieuse sur les très petits gabarits. Il peut être utile d'utiliser des lunettes de lecture avec une machine de 4,5 mm.
