Absolutely, I’m surprised it wasn’t the headline on Entertainment Tonight or something. Garth wasn’t doing a very good job hiding his feelings. He grabs her hand when they’re singing and pats it several times on the couch. He even had the schoolboy fidgets with his feet and blushed when he looked at her. They are the most adorable couple now. It’s wonderful to know that true love can occur. I love watching them together on Inside Studio G.

Trisha had no kids but 2 husbands before she'd marry Garth in 2005. Hindsight is 20/20 but they should've just gotten together way back then before there was any baggage and their careers took off!! Makes perfect sense to me. I guess they were worried it would affect their up and coming careers? I suppose that's more important than personal happiness, IDK. I'm just happy they're together.💗💗😊

nanlev613 I was going to say the same thing! I am also a singer and you can tell by watching this performance that they both know how incredible it sounds. Garth is a super fan of Trisha’s voice, deservedly so, and they sounded so great on that last song...it was magical. They are two of the nicest people you’ll ever meet. My husband played with them and they were genuinely friendly and caring.
@nanlev6134 жыл бұрын
I’m not surprised, they both really seem like very down to earth people. There’s another video of them on a different talk show (I’m not familiar with the host so I’m thinking it may be a non syndicated show) where they sing She’s Got A Heart Like A Sad Song and Garth said the song “haunted” him since he heard it. Well from the moment she starts singing you can see what it does to him; between the music, the lyrics, and of course her voice...the whole experience takes him to a place I’m sure nobody expected. Singing with someone else can be a very intimate experience; and I don’t just mean romantic intimacy sharing a song with anyone can be a very intimate experience. Under the right circumstances singing together with another person or people establishes connections. So when people say oh you can tell they were cheating NO!!! They were sharing a song. A couple times during that video you can see Garth’s heart if you will, he looks at her kind of longingly and if the circumstances were different I can imagine her gently touching his face. When they finish the song and the audience applauds poor Garth doesn’t know what do with himself, you can see he’s a bit uncomfortable by his body language. And poor Trisha!! She saw what the song was doing to him but they already started- what was she going to do stop in the middle she couldn’t so she just held it together. Sorry for the length and thanks so much for the response.

I keep reading "this is true love", well only if your definition of true love is cheating on your wife/husband, abandoning your wife and children, breaking your marriage vows to love, honor, cherish and keep thee only unto them (ie don't commit adultry). The grass is always greener on the other side but true love remains faithful, patient, long-suffering, and keeps their family intact, not broken, shattered, irreparably irreversible destroyed.
