Frederick Fowell (Freddie Starr), was probably the Very BEST all-round entertainer ever from the UK! The man could tell jokes, he could sing anything (WELL), he could do impersonations, he could dance, he could interact with the audience.......... no matter what, he could entertain and make people laugh!!
