The Pili Vesha (tiger costume) is worn during important festivals and there are troupes that go around the region performing. You recently reacted to Paroksh your first Tulu short. That short as well as Ulidavaru Kandante (where you first saw this dance) are located in this region (known historically as Tulu Nadu). Speaking of Tulu I would recommend reviewing the Tulu language film Paddayi which won a national award.

Garuda gamana means one who rides Garuda (vishnu another name hari) hari(also name of one of the character) Vrushabha Vahana means one who rides vrushabha(the bull), shiva (also one of the protagonist's name). The lore also mentions that the vrushabha Avatar of Shiva was taken to destroy a Avatar of Vishnu which had gone astray so the name could be hunting at fight between two protagonist. Also the vehicle here signify the sand transportation which means the story is based around the infamous "Sand Mafia" of the Costal Karnataka.

My recommendations for Kannada still remain: Katha Sangama (2019) an anthology produced by Rishabh Shetty (he also acts in one of the shorts), Ammachi Yemba Nenapu (Raj Shetty has acted in this one) and Kavaludari. The other movie referenced in this trailer is Ondu Motteya Kathe (with Raj Shetty playing the lead) inspired several remakes in multiple languages including Bala (Ayushman Khuraana). The only reason I haven't recommended that movie is because I think it is more relatable for Indians.
