Garuda Indonesia receives new Airbus A330-300

Indonesia's national carrier, Garuda Indonesia, began taking delivery of its 18 new A330-300 aircraft -- which are a major part of the airline's fleet modernisation programme -- with a ceremony in Toulouse marking the handover of the first jetliner on 26 September 2013.

Nice thing about the 330, if you travel as a couple there are 2 seats by the windows, this will be lost with the A350 9 abreast seating !

Star Major for Full Service carrier like Garuda, It's better for 2 seats on window. But A330 also have 9 abreast seating, especially if used by Low Cost Carriet.

they have ordered it quite long time ago i do not know why it is being delivered just now. Yes, a330 is launched long long time ago but airbus has upgraded the a330s that will be delivered in 2013 and so on so basically is not outdated and all aircrafts are heavy by the way.
