Proof that the music of this day and age is not all autotuned, ripped from previous artists, or written by a team of nitwits. Kudos to you Gary, you are part of this industry's true soul.

I saw Gray Clark Jr. this past Friday online streaming from Waterloo Records for SXSW. It was an awesome show. I usually don't get excited about SXSW because most of the bands are what I call "I have a cherry band." If you have ever seen Animal House where John Belushi smashed the guitar of some guy playing that airy-fairy song then you know what I mean. Gary blew the doors of the house. What a show! He puts his whole soul out there for you to see, touch, feel and hear. What an amazing man!

"Gary needs to pull his notes out of the mud and apply an Eric Gale or Eric Johnson rapid burst of notes"?!?! What a laugh. Your in the wrong place friend. I thought it sounded better in the mud... but i guess theres always somebody who tells everyone what its "supposed to sound like" even though Gary wrote it and played it how he felt, with mistakes included. Keep it coming Gary =)
