Before sky came in with all the dough boxers tried hard to fight for glory and titles as they knew the money wasnt much.Even though achieving world titles were very rare at that time only 3,British and European and Commonwealth titles were usually the only level most British fighters got to.But at least you knew nearly every one of them were genuine participants more than they are nowadays
