TY Gary, years ago I did an open spot in a well known & paying audience club after just around 5 spots, I was naive in the amount of gigs/ experience needed for this type of establishment, and I shouldn't have applied, I was dreadful. I hope they have forgotten or forgiven me! But I tell everyone (friends) I performed there (& how bad I was, as when I was told by the audience to go & get my bus home). It was still a great experience and my learning process! 😂

I hope you still do comedy. I've had a couple of same experiences. The great thing about bombing or being mediocre on stage is that people don't remember you. But if you steal the show from the headliner, they start asking questions.
