I don’t go there but my daughter does and has made a lot of friends there. From my daughter can’t speak highly enough of him. She has found out since theology is not being spoken like Paul and James Galea does. He was out to build an empire for his children. My daughter used to work in the office there till 12 months ago. Paul is a great man of God.

Relentless encouragement! Not been my experience of leadership! Glad this is being considered and agree this is crucial for the honour of the gospel.

My daughter went there until 10 years ago. They wanted then $600.00 a month from each one in there connect group. Then after that she heard that he went overseas. She left there at that time as she felt something wasn’t right. She’s now very happy at an Anglican Church on the lower north shore. You wouldn’t see Rev Paul Dale doing anything like that.

Paul Dale is a great pastor. And Bridge Church is a wonderful church.

With the merciful thou wilt shew thyself to be merciful. Hillsong & their team proved themselves to me to be anything but merciful or compassionate. Emails I sent pleading them to stop doing certain things they were doing were plain ignored. Thats a scornfulness, a contempt and arrogance. The Lord reward them according to their works. Just like what the apostle Paul said of Alexander the coppersmith who caused him much trouble.

As somebody who attended / served at Hillsong (London) for 15 years; it was no surprise to me. I love your channel, but I felt you slightly missed the mark on this, as for a long time, there was a huge focus on 'Celebrity Culture' in Hillsong, and in them wanting to be 'Relevant' to reach the world, they invited the 'Culture of the World' into the Church, and this is what happened. Why should we be surprised when we are just like the World, when we reap the results of the World? Hillsong compromised on Biblical truth a long time ago, and preached a watered-down gospel. I hope the whole church leadership repents, and returns to biblical Christianity.

30 years of arrogance and accountsbility, and as an 80 year Assembly of God when did it become pandemic with alcohol!!!!!!

Hillsong's unbiblical practices were exposed by many people for many years.Nepotism is evident in Churches, even with John Macarthur.Frank Houston had been in trouble in NZ before he brought his family to Australia. You don't need a theological background to know that mixing alcohol with medication is a no no.What Senior Pastor has not read the bible about David and Bathsheba ? Brian was highly paid, married and knew the risks.Ravi Zacharias was warned but kept going his own way.Hillsong music attracted many people and most Churches play Hillsong music. It was the lure before the false teaching was taught.Ponzi schemes like Hillsong are in many churches.Brian like many leaders only have " Yes " people around them.Jesus and Paul warned us about false teachers and false prophets.Paul also warned us about the apostasy where God gives people over to lies if they do not seek the truth in 2 Thess Ch 2.We all have to be on guard and alert. We will be tested. We know the spirit is willing but the flesh is weak.Let us all learn and make the right choices and use our brain too !

I think it better to say that it is dangerous when there is an abuse of power and authority.

Emphasising the ‘pressures’ on a pastors life is a cop out. Too many excuses. If pastoring a church is boring and dull then they are not doing it for Gods glory. They were not called or chosen. ‘Emotional needs’ is another cop out. The Holy Spirit nourishes us emotionally if our relationship with God is healthy. Here you are offering reasons / excuses for pastor unfaithfulness to wives … how do you reconcile that with being a single Christian who has no ‘partner’ to meet physical needs in the first place, let alone an additional ‘bit on the side’? Repentance can’t truly occur without taking responsibility by not being tempted to water down the reasons we sin. God sets standards of behaviour for leaders, that are non-negotiable.
