And like you said look at what happnened under SAF, he wasn’t a huge spender in the market in his last few season for example, compared to the likes of city and Chelsea but we still won a few PL trophies, 1 UCL& 3 UCL finals etc. Even after losing one of the best players to play for us, ronaldo (like him or hate him he was amazing for us) but still managed to win a PL title 2 seasons after he left, and one more on top of that. It's a shame really with the atmosphere part. If you think about how Old Trafford is constructed, it is built to create a lot of noise. The roofs are vertical down towards the pitch and you can imagine it will concentrate a lot of noise down to the pitch, especially if everybody is singing, but unfortunately it's not the case.

Man utd are the best club. The stats clearly show that. This has to be judged on trophies won and money they make, also fan base. We have won more league titles and cups and at a time when football has evolved into a more technical sport. Liverpool dominated at a time when quite often they were unchallenged a bit like celtic, bayern and a few others in lower leagues. We've fought off tougher challenges along the way in Liverpool, arsenal and Chelsea in recent times to get to our 20 league titles, thanks to sir alex Liverpool have well and truly been knocked off their perch, they are a massive club but only behind man utd.
