I use to dream about being Mina and Dracula walking down the street seeing me and says "See me...see me now." And I look and am in a trance over this beautiful man. I know weird but I was a kid who really loved this movie. I still love it. Gary Oldman did a magnificent job. All the actors were brilliant. They don't make movies like this anymore...sadly.

Hands down one the best actors ever. His resume of roles is truly awesome. The guy can play anyone. I mean even in this interview he is just projecting intensity. Gary Oldman wrote and directed a movie about his upbringing in London called "Nil By Mouth". It is a truly brutal and unflinching look at a rough life and desperate times.

I greatly enjoyed the movie, but I can't help but cringe at the main cast's attempts at speaking Romanian. And at the Russian accent Oldman sported in his english lines. Also, shame on you if none of the wonders of our country and none of our people's achievements made you proud of being Romanian and you needed a foreign actor to spark that feeling!

God this is such a complicated movie, but also an overwhelming one. It's depressing, but makes you powerfull. It's sad, but gives you hope that one day you will be loved same way as Mina and Dracula were obssesed and beloved with each other. This movie is about cruelty and sences, but it touches your heart and makes you realize that evil, shown in this very movie, is natural, and normal. Francis and Gary are just a wonderful team, perfect as Tim Burton and Johnny Depp.

Gary oldman truly is a grand master at acting... like comments below me have said hes just such a versatile guy... who wouldve known he went from uterly demonic in this movie to caring, dutyful commisioner gordon...
