You have to admit - conan is the best talk show host - he speaks so fluity, directly and natural. Ever other host feels forced, awkward or uncomfortable. Conan is the only one that feels right. He is fast, straight to the point and funny. He feels just irreplaceable. He can steal the spotlight in an second and be the main attraction besides the star guest.

Two nights ago (on 12/27/14) while in Los Angeles, Studio City/North Hollywood to be exact, we were having dinner at a cozy & lovely little Indian restaurant on Ventura Blvd when a group of 4 people walked in to sit down a couple tables away from us ... one of the 4 people, & only man in the group, being Gary Oldman. In fact, he parked his car on the street right behind me and his group left the restaurant 1 minute after we did, and we watched them all get in his car & drive off. He drove his own car (no driver waiting for him in a big black Suburban or town car) & he didn't appear pretentious or stand-offish at all. Though we could have, we didn't want to approach him outside by his car after dinner. And especially not during dinner .. that would've been slightly rude, imo. But yeah, totally cool celeb citing! We obviously both have good tastes in food, lol!

Siriusiana Well... to answer yours and another commenters question/comment, I can tell you with certainty he most definitely wasn't being a "player" (referring to other persons comment - was his wife there/wedding ring on, etc) Without question, one of the ladies was his Mother, and the other/s had light hair/blonde... quite possibly family members.. in fact, all of them including Gary, looked and carried on as normal, quiet & unpretentious as us "regular folks" lol. We arrived and sat down at this lovely little Indian restaurant only 5 min BEFORE he arrived (he even parked right behind me on the street, paid the parking meter and all! lol) and they sat only about 12 ft. away from where we sat. And to think, the only thing separating me from him was 2 tables and oh... about $50M dollars net worth & dozens of movies.. LOL ;D
