What I'm trying to tell you is that if LeBron is the "Superstar" that everyone claims him to be, he should/should've been able to win a ring without 2 Superstars on his team (like Dirk). Dirk had NO All-Stars on his team the year the Mavs won a Ring (J-Kidd was a limited, but effective, player for the Mavs). In 2009, when LeBron HAD an All-Star in Mo Williams and a good player in Big-Z, his team went 66-16 (when I actually liked him), and he needed a small push in his game to get over the hump.

+Rick Steck somehow his shot looks much better in Miami than in Cleveland I guess it has something to do with his role.. he was pretty much a PF in Miami and PG in Cleveland

Lebron was playing with the 2013 second best SG in the NBA dude which is Wade then plyed witha top 3 2013 power Forward named Chris Bosh then had a top 5 defensive pg named Chalmers who was top 10 in steals in the NBA for 2 years. Big difference dude Lebron was on a stacked team along with 5 three point shooters and one of them broke a finals record for most three pointers made in a row and his name is Mike Miller :).

I don't hate on LeBron because he left necessarily, I hate on him because of why he left. He is the best player on the planet and the Cavs would've attracted any player they wanted with him on the team. He just had to ask.. But that wasn't the problem for him, the problem was being able to win a Ring the easy way, and that's with another Clutch Superstar in D-Wade and a consistent All-Star in Bosh. It's the easy route, and it's something that no other "GREAT" would've done.. And he's not clutch.

He was an all star way before he even joined the heat team. Where ever LeBron goes he'll be the face of the team. This is coming from an avid nba fan and not just a LeBron fan. His game defines who he is as a player.

Just leave him open, he'll miss it anyways...

Lol nice excuse. Michael Jordan had no athletcism on his team bedsides Pippen plus Jordan played against way tougher competiton and i mean way tougher. The Thunder, 2013 Spurs ain't shit compared to the 1996 Sonics or 1997 Jazz or 1994 Knicks

LeBron can't win rings without two all-stars and he's proven that in Cleveland. The only way he can win rings is with another top 5 player in Dwyane Wade and a top 15 player in Chris Bosh to give him a big enough cushion, and even then, when any game comes down to the wire, he's proven time and time again that he can't make the big shot or big play... I don't care what hype-analysts say, statistics aren't what matter in this league... The guy is talented, but not a legend in my books.
@ThezPUNKzProduction111 жыл бұрын
Jordan, Dirk, Hakeem, and many more didnt have to carry the team every single night. These guys all had wing mans, who did LeBron have Delonte West? Cleveland is a joke.
@jh891410011 жыл бұрын
I respect your opinion..you are quite right but again that's your opinion...Like him or hate him....he's a entertaining player to watch.....He will eventually become a legend but he won't be amongst those legends who stayed with one team but a legend nonetheless...So is Kobe and so do other great players that we have today......I just love the game and love what each players do on the court that's about it....Nice discussion though....

What "one" player did the Mavs get that got them a championship??? If your superstar is that good, you just need to put pieces around him to win, you don't have to go out and get 4 other All-Stars for him to play alongside with. I felt that if you had the best team in Cleveland in 08-09, and 09-10, your team had a legit chance to win a ring. LeBron just wasn't mature enough at that time to get it, he still isn't imo. And game 5's, really?
@shazil88811 жыл бұрын
When people talk about legacies, it's not about the number of rings you have, it's how you attained those rings. How you overcame adversity in the toughest of situations and won a Championship through and through. If LeBron would've done that just once in his Home State, he would've been a legend in my book. After 1 Ring, he would've had the confidence to take his game to the level of a MJ or Dirk and be considered the best ever, but he didn't take that route. Personally, I don't support that.
@ThezPUNKzProduction111 жыл бұрын
Okay Bynum hasnt played in a whole year. He has to go against big and skilled dudes in the Central division Greg Monroe (Pistons), Joakim Noah (Bulls), Larry Sanders (Bucks), and probably the most dominant Roy Hibbert (Pacers). I got nothing on Kyrie, Bennett is an under sized forward having to go up with guys like Luol Deng, Danny Granger and even Paul George not to mention they already have a SG and a SF. And there bench is pathetic who's there sixth man Daniel Gibson? Mike Brown aint shit.
@shazil88811 жыл бұрын
Clearly Cleveland is a team that would've put any piece that he wanted around him... They probably wouldn't have been an All-Star+ Players, but at that time, you didn't have to have a team packed with All-Stars to win it all. And the probably won't be a joke next season, I'll tell you that much.
@shazil88811 жыл бұрын
lol. I have no connections with the Cavs, but they're trying to establish a young roster that has multiple assets so they can make a move when a good/great player presents himself. Along with that, they have added players that will keep them competitive in Clark and Jarrett Jack. I'm not saying that there a top seeded team, but their in the hunt for the playoffs with the prospects of looking up to the future with guys like Kyrie, Waiters, and Bennett.
@ThezPUNKzProduction111 жыл бұрын
Okay the Mavs in 06 and in 2011 the reason they won/made it was because of Nowitzki, Dirk was a big part its just that in 2011 his teammates were able to help him unlike in 06. And yeah game 5 is barely avoiding a sweep they almost swept KD. And tell me which team has won without 2-4 allstars. Celtics didnt, nor lakers, mavs, and spurs. No player can take his team alone and LeBron saw that.

Lebron was like 19 here... His game very raw back then. Jumper wasn't as good. That shot was more on Lebron than Payton. But like I said, that's a 19yr old Lebron.
@temorello10 жыл бұрын
haha LOL after 10 years he still can´t shoot 80% from the free throw line an entire season!
@baldpnoy41010 жыл бұрын
Artem Varela What does have to do with anything??? He still 10x the player compare to when he was 19.
@temorello10 жыл бұрын
It´s the that after 10 years he still can´t shoot the ball like the greastest player of the past did. if this was the 90´s or 80´s, with all the handcheking and hard fouls, he would be so afraid to enter the paint that he would have to rely in his mid range bricks to score. That´s lame. Hes very lucky he plays in a very watered down league. He is even afraid of Roy Hibbert for christ sake OVERRATED, don´t believe the hype
@baldpnoy41010 жыл бұрын
Artem Varela Oh look another one of those guys just talking out of his ass. I grew up watching the late 80s and 90s. I was a fan of both the Showtime Lakers and the Bulls cause of MJ and Pippen... it's not Lebron's fault that the NBA is what it is now. The game you see now is the product of NBA. This is how they want things called. Of course players have to adjust on that. Hand checking goes both ways. Imagine Lebron able to hand check who ever his guarding. With his size, speed, and strength. It will be unfair. 80s and 90s didn't have defensive 3secs and zones. Meaning bigs can't camp out underneath. Which means more open lanes for Lebron to drive in. 90s is a watered down league and during an expansion era. Where all the talents were spread around. Look at the teams that MJ beat in the Finals. A bunch of them are 1 and done teams. Except for the old Lakers he beat on his first ring. Teams back then only average in the mid 80s and 90s points per game. Not like the teams now that can go off for 120pts any night. Funny Lebron shooting percentages improved each season. Both FG% and 3pt%...
@baldpnoy41010 жыл бұрын
The guy can't shoot for his life? What are you talking about? The guy is shooting more than 50% fg the last 6 seasons and have better 3pt% percentage than MJ, Kobe, Magic in his career. He scared of Hibbert? The guy averages close to 30ppg in his career against the Pacers. How the hell does that happen if he scared to drive in against Hibbert and he can't shoot to save his life and sucks at free throws? LMAO... LOL at Freethrows... By the way you talking, you would think he shoots free throws like Shaq. The guy shoots 75% for his career. Which is still pretty decent imo.
@shazil88811 жыл бұрын
lol. I think everyone is a legend if you put them up with two other All-Stars...

@ThezPUNKzProduction111 жыл бұрын
Okay adversity in Cleveland means 90% if you dont get a triple double you will lose. Whats the point of giving it your all and barely making it far in the playoffs. He took those losers to the finals and got swept. With the Heat they are a way better organization, they've added Ray Allen, Birdman, Rashard Lewis. They are constantly adding players around LeBron something Cleveland never did. The best they did was get Shaq in his 30s!
@TheSands835 жыл бұрын
Well typical Lebron fan n that attitude is why Lebron is not the goat
@ThezPUNKzProduction111 жыл бұрын
He took the easy way out? LeBron and the Heat, same as any other team in the playoffs had to win 16 times. He went to Game 5 with the Bulls twice, Game 6 and Game 7 this year with the Pacers, went to Game 5 with Thunder, and Game 7 with Spurs. Cleveland wouldn't have done anything if they didn't do anything since 2003. Tell me which player in Free Agency would they have been able to get? Adding one player doesn't do anything to a Franchise like I said there bench is terrible.

Ill take KD,IBlocka, Russall Westbrook,Kendrick Penkins over a beaten up Ewing( in 94 his knees started to go and he had no lift) , a b level player but great defender in john starks, Oakley,Mason,Anthony,Smith were all just good role players! Ewing needed a another big man to help in! the only team you are right about is the 1997 jazz! the sonics were a two man team. Jordan just had pippen? Dennis Rodman was the most underrated Athlete in nba history!

No shit I don't like him... A player who had the "potential" to be a legend threw it all away by taking the easy route. It's easy for any superstar to throw in the towel and join a team with two other top 10 guys, but what Jordan did, what Dirk Nowitzki did, what Hakeem did, that's legendary. Those are the true champions in my book... And to see someone who had the potential to do what those men did throw it all away is why I don't like him...
