A few years ago I was lucky to have the experience of the revelation for 2-3 weeks. What Gary and the course explains is real. During the revelation I was in 'love', It's a beautiful state unlike anything I'd ever felt through the physical. It was a knowing. I discovered that it's a permanent state and is always present. During it all I was forgiving everything that came to mind and forgiving those around me and my parents issues. The forgiveness opportunities couldn't come fast enough! I now know that love is our permanent state and it's just our separated mind and our fears that create a perception of distance where none exists. That love is running permanently. I knew that when my physical body is laid aside and will experience that love again. Once one experiences this revelation I questioned the need to continue on this physical separated plane. I am a healer and my life is now led towards helping other's heal their minds and sharing these truths..

I can relate to everything Gary felt during his life. Living with depression will derail you at every level. I have self studied the course over a period of 10 years. It completely expanded my consciousness. I would say it gave me supernatural fortitude to endure the emotional turmoil I would face in my lifetime. ACIM is not for the faint hearted. Has it brought me inner peace ? I would say it has not, but it has taught me shed my ego in favor of the Will of God. Would you rather be right or happy ? That is the question retierated by the course.

Wonderful interview. Love Gary’s answers to his valuable and fascinating book. Found the talk so relaxing that I fell asleep in my chair. Woke up near the end and went and listened fully. This way I could say the talk was part of my awakening!

breath breadth So why are you commenting on this mans video. Do you realise Gary has no concern for sentient life that does not profit himself. He says " there is a place for others on this planet ...& that is right next to my mashed potatos" He s all in it for himself . Im calling narcissist. He will paint the picture you want to see.

I go further by visualizing the event which angered me and replacing what angered me by changing what happened in a way that makes me joyful with all the same characters involved. And then I am ok. I also ask the Holy Spirit for help before I do this. I do this at the moment of trigger and also before I go to bed at night. Practicing visualization seems to be a good thing to practice. That’s why I like meditating I visualize during meditation and sometimes practice this forgiveness during meditation.

I love the way in which Gary has imagined these threads, it’s pure fiction of course but if you are open to the inner teaching it’s pure genius.....the way the course continually defines the hopeless differentiation of the ego with the undifferentiated purity of the Holy Spirit....I love that the way he parodies himself as some sort of Buffon and yet the entire thesis is is obviously own creation....

Dorothy Cain You do realise this man is in it for everything he can get . My perpective at present is he is a bullshit artist ..there are truths and untruths depending on what you want. Meanwhile he has no regard for other equally divine lifeforms as he tucks into his porkpies. (As he has said ..there is a place for other life in this world and that is right beside my mashed potatos.) He reeks narcissism.

One doesn't have to believe all that Gary says. With a Christian background and having lived nearly four decades in Japan, where most people claim to be Buddhist while also following some Shinto traditions, I can say any of what Gary says is not impossible.

Thank you both for this wonderful conversation. I was intrigued to hear about Jesus and Buddha being able to communicate with animals. Several years ago I watched a tv programme about an American woman called Samantha who did just that and she said she did it through pictures. If anyone knows if there is a recording anywhere of this I would be deeply grateful. ❤

Someone answer pls: if its true that we chose Ego/Illusion, how was that option available in the first place anyway if everything is God/Love/Oneness..?
@eddysanremo2461
@eddysanremo2461 2 жыл бұрын
here's my answer, I may be wrong : God created the physical reality to have a experience of himself from the outside. We have chose, when we were One and existing as "THE SPIRIT", living out of the concept of time, to enter the adventure, to enter the dream that Gary is talking of, that we call, life. It's my current vision of why we have chose the Ego. We have chose to forget what we really are.

I'd love to interview Gary, I find a lot of his interviews cover the same old ground (not a criticism, this was a great interview) but I'd like to see an interview that takes it as a given that the audience already know the things covered in his books, audiobooks, podcasts etc. I always get something new when I watch him, and I'm well aware repetition is important and key, but again, I'd like to run a few things by him I haven't heard.

Gary’s first book answered so many questions I’ve had while on this path. It took me 2 years to read it after a friend gave it to me. I just finished his latest book and again it answers so many questions. I’ve just purchased ACIM and will now begin reading it. His books have set me up perfectly on my path with ACIM. Thank you Gary and Michael! Much love!

Why don't the beings called Jesus and Buddha know each other now? They are within the MIND of All That Is at the same time. Time is simultaneous and nonlocality has been proven. What one photon knows, they all know. What one quark knows they all know. Besides that, when you have an understanding as their names imply, then there is no need for names. Beings in that dimension label themselves according to their duties of play and laughter and only if beings as slow as us need names for them.

GREAT interview and Michael's comments are insightful too. You can tell he has actually read the book...but WHY does he keep going "WOOO HOOO!!" Just completely out of place , irrelevant, childish and irritating. Just stick to your great comments and questions Michael ...you dont need to try to make it exciting...it is INTERESTING. We dont need the roller coaster thing. Gary is very good and I will definitely watch more of his vids.

I felt the same as you. I took that as an opportunity to practice forgiveness! The last ones (wooo hooos) were not irritating as much as the firsts! Gary once said something like : It's often the small things of the everyday life that needs the most of are awareness regarding forgiveness. I agree with you, very interesting interview.

Gary’s forgiveness is flawed. His teachers are not seeing the whole picture. Awakening on upper level of association is not really resurrection This type of teaching not addressing the lower levels of being where transformation is necessary. Holy sprit can’t u do that without you. You gotta go there and change your mind. Forgiveness without correction is an empty gesture. Just like all the trash man is going on about. This is not Acim. This is interpretation of Acim. Not application This is Deadly and misleading That’s why he wakes up next life time that Acim doesn’t really promote. Kinda cute. Popular spirituality is just that. Popular.
