Gary Stewart and Eddie Rabbit where the two best singers every lived. They where not given their stardom until they left us for greener pastures. Hall of Fame winners indeed. Country Music is not the same and never will be again.

Gary Stewart is one of my all time favorite country music artists! He was far ahead of his time and ahead of other artists of the same time period! His music still sounds modern even in todays far out country music .

I absolutely love to hear and watch him sing. He puts his heart and everything into it. Love that man. His songs are what I need to hear when I get to thinking about the one I loved so much and who is not here any more. Death is a hard thing to take.

One of the greatest honky tonk singers of them all. Gave Jerry Lee a run for his money on the honky tonk piano. My go to guy for great country music back then. Little Junior is my favorite album of Gary's. Left us way too soon. They don't make music like that anymore, folks.

Honky Tonk Treasure here and talent by the boat loads. One of a kind, distinct and easily recognizable voice. It's a goddam shame that whatever is out there today calls itself country music. I much prefer this and all my heroes of the past to listen to. From an era when music meant something to those singing and performing it, with passion, emotion and pure talent.
