Here's a guy who's been battling diabetes all his life. Recently he was diagnosed with cancer. I personally felt bad when I heard. I started to question God. Why does He let bad things happen to good people like Gary V.. And yet here he is, singing praises to God as if nothing's wrong in his life. Ministering to all of us amidst his own battles. Here he is inspiring us all with his songs. You put me to shame sir. I easily complain to God when I go through something difficult. I envy your faith and your trust in God. As the heavens are higher than the earth, so are my ways higher than your ways and my thoughts than your thoughts. We don't always agree with how God is running the world and our lives, but the truth is God makes the rules, not us. When we hold on to our faith it brings honor to God. Remember that God expects you to trust Him absolutely even in a hopeless situations.

I had ruptured aneurysm last June. My family was devastated. But I am now in recovery. I listen and watch this video every morning. It's part of my morning prayers. I feel this song so much. People do think I am amazing because of my recovery, but they don't know how scared and worried I am because this happened to me. I still have bad days and feel useless , helpless and a burden. Don’t forget those essential workers like the grocery store workers, delivery truck drivers, pharmacy workers, hospital admin workers, etc. They too are risking their lives to make sure we still have foods to buy & eat, medicines to take for our pre-existing conditions, & carrying out administrative responsibilities in the hospitals. being a nurse, a frontliner is hard. You always have that "fear" bothering you, that every end of your shift you ask your self "Am I getting the Virus too?, I hope and I pray not" because when I get home, i'm also just like everyone else.. We need our PPE, gloves, mask, googles or shields as our "Armors" to fight, but deep inside these armors, every frontliners have fears, others have tears..But our profession is our calling, we have to have courage, presence of minds and critical thinking everyday to make sure we are winning this battle.. NOSTALGIC. Reminds me of how this helped me cope up with my problems since I was a kid, around 7 or 8 years old. I remember crying to this specific song whenever I get discouraged as a child for the very little things (and it REALLY helped me anchor my hope in God). alam mo kung bakt ka umiiyak? kasi kahit ilang ulit ka pang madapa at umulit sa mga kasalanan mo alam mong bukas lagi ang mga kamay ng Panginoon.. kahit ilang beses pang dumilim ang daan mo patungo sa kanya binibigyan kapa rin Nya ng liwanag. ilang beses ka mang dumanas ng kapag subukan sa buhay laging may matamis na wakas. dahil mahal ka Nya, mahal Nya tayo, kahit ilang beses mo man syang iwan pero Sya hnd ka Nya iniiwan . ang pag subok kasama yan sa buhay nanjan ang mga tukso, maraming bawal pagdating sa pagsunod sa kanya, para saating makasalanan jan tayo sumasaya sa bawal at hnd makakabuti...pero para saating kabutihan din naman yan... kung minsan ang mga hiling naten hnd na ibibigay agad kasi alam ng Dios ang makakabuti para satin. may pagsubok ka man ngayon tandaan mo hnd yan hinayaan ng Panginoon kung hnd mo kaya. ang mga pagsubok na yan ay galing sa kalaban. hnd lang tayo ang lumalaban.. kung may laban tayo may laban din ang Panginoon at nakasalalay ito saatin kung papadala ba tayo sa mabuti o masama. hnd mo dapat isisi sa Panginoon lahat ng pagsubok mo ngayon kundi ipanalangin mo sa kanya. ang laban mo ay laban din ng Panginoon. nag tiwala Sya sayo, Mag tiwala ka rin Sakanya. Buhay Nya nga ibinigay Nya para sayo pagsubok pa kaya?... :) Godbless.
