@GaryVee, I will take you seriously as a sales coach expert (despite you're being a marketing guy :), but the content still feels very underdeveloped, and unclear (respectfully). I think there are 2 points u can really cultivate from the above 5: 1) empathy in sales--like in a very literal tactical sense--do this, don't do that with the why behind it. 2) patience, and no complaining (mindset is huge), and maybe a 3) which was choosing non-conventional, non-reactive strategies instead of volume blasting whatever is right in front of you. A consumer really has to work to parse all that out still but that's ok, I know you've got a lot of gold to mine out and share from your experience on this topic. Thx for everything
