Q10 hand was unlucky, think you could have saved 120 on the river bet but being card dead is a b*tch! KQ hand hitting quads…. SICK! KK hand, the same fooking guy bluffed u again ?! Funny how different NLTH game play varies depending on the location/$: London vs Las Vegas, home vs casino, and/or 1•2 vs nosebleeds. Can be the difference in a nitty, gto strategy, and silent/serious table environment, or a splashy, whale rich (like), and frat party(ish) setting where it doesn't matter that the sun is coming up in an hour or two because when poker is fun, it's a reminder of why we play the game. Don't remind Mike "The Mouth" Matusow though - he might run over your toes while arguing the case that villain's play style is sooo upsetting because "they suck" and they shouldn't be winning. Having a good attitude, happy mindset, and unconventional game play sprinkled throughout a session makes for a good time (most the time win/lose). Often scratch my head when a gto/nitty/know-it-all berates a table mate for their playing style. .. Remember that variance can be a cruel mistress and a newb/non-gto/unorthodox player will eventually arrive at "the school of hard knocks". Be glad that they are at least making the game fun. KK, 13:15, I would never let him go without 5-bet pref!! Not even then. If ha AA, so be it. Nice hand, Sir! . Pocket KK is terrible post flop playing in 4-bet pot if not PF aggressor. if Q/J/A hit the flop, Im nothing but in troubles. Damn if I call C-bet, damn if I fold. In order to prevent this situation it is either 5-bet or fold, (if you're scared of pocket AA). This particularly since V was not tight.

why terrible post flop? If low cards hit the board, then the fear of him having pocket AA is not removed! If any high cards hit the flop (except K), that is his range! So, happened what happened in your case.

BB vs HJ at 200bb deep preflop charts for sure allow you to flat vs a 4bet. I don't think you can go wrong either way.

Just so you know I found it very hard to keep up as I've had a couple beers and I'm was trying to put a duvet cover on at my parents whilst listening on low volume. I had to climb in at one point because it was all twisted. It was like the duvet had 4 corners but the cover only had 3!
