You need a microphone asap! I've watched and appreciated most of these videos, although the sound quality is barely audible at times. I believe a microphone on Gary would really help this.

Thank you, we are working on it. We are currently filming from an Iphone, so finding a microphone that is wireless and compatible has been an issue. If you have any recommendations, please let us know.

Dessertnyi also from Levin's Turkmenistan collection is an excellent early pomegranate which has doubled my pomegranate season by starting in July. The flavor reminds me of sweet lemonade.

What do you use in those figs and pomegranate containers? You pick them up from the trunk like it’s just coco peat and perlite in them.

We use pumice and peat moss. We do not use any wood in our mixes as this leads to the rotting of roots, and decline in the health of the plant. Our soil holds together very well, combined with the quick rooting because our soil if very aerated and permeable allows for us to move the plants this way.

What type of fertilizer do you recommend for pomegranate?

Pomegranates are not very picky. Most organic fertilizers will do the job, we like to use the Dr. Earth Fruit Tree fertilizer for a well balanced feeding.
