Gas Exchange in Lungs

In this video, I will explain how the deoxygenated blood inside the pulmonary capillaries of the lungs convert into the oxygenated blood, and the diffusion of oxygen and carbon dioxide between the pulmonary alveoli and the pulmonary capillaries. To explain this process, I will use three examples of deoxyhemoglobin (carbaminohemoglobin/deoxyhemoglobin that carries carbon dioxide, deoxyhemoglobin that carries hydrogen ion, and deoxyhemoglobin that carries bisphosphoglycerate) and explain the chemical reactions that covert each group of deoxyhemoglobin into oxyhemoglobin, and describe what would happen to the products of these chemical reactions including carbon dioxide, hydrogen ion, water, and bisphosphoglycerate .
