I have two of these! Whenever I find them cheap I pick them up. The jacks are cheap plastic and can't be repaired, so I want to make sure I have backups.

No, this is way more high gain than that. What you need is something like a fuzz face (like hendrix used), or a Digitech Carcosa fuzz. The Carcosa is said to be very versatile and can deliver both vintage and modern fuzz tones.

I bought that pedal finally. Yeah, its a dirty and hard distortion, but i bought it used for 10 euros! Its a good price for any pedal!

I have a newer fab distortion with 3 knobs. I still haven't found a good use for it. Too much for me. I don't play metal. 🤷‍♂️ I figured I could turn it down and just get a little distortion but I guess I'm too new to guitars and can't dial in a good tone with it.

Do you know any pedals that are similar to this? This is my absolute FAVORITE pedal but I've already had 2 lol. The jacks kinda start to go out after a year or 2 and I was hoping there was like a clone or a new versions. Know any?

This was my first pedal in 98, and I still have (and love) it. Gotta learn to solder, man. Best way to fix this is get some all metal jacks with the nuts (like any metal case pedal has) and solder jumper wires to the board.
