I just tried this place for the first time today thanks to this report, and it's right down the street from me! Great Gyro!

Real Greek Pita Gyros is made from whole Meat Strips (Pork my by Lamp) on a skewer. The meat should not be minced and processed. The problem with processed minced meat is that it contains a lot of additives so you can spot it all. In Germany the counterpart is the Kebap (Döner) which is made of beef or lamp or Calf. Minced meat Kebap do not call himself. Sorry when i make mistakes i am from Germany

I never knock places like that. I used to travel all over Louisiana and one day, I got some crawfish and boudin at a gas station. It was pretty good.

Texas gas price is that high $3.29/gallon at 2019? Nowadays, quite a few gas stations have its deli or sub-sandwiches section

never seen so many capsicums in a Greek salad etc , in reality a Greeksalad should be heavy with tomatoes instead, obviously the tomatoes were expensive so this bloke used red peppers/capsicums instead .

That gyro is definitely not Greek. It doesn't even look like lamb. It's just a processed slab of; God knows what.

So an average gyro place at a valero. Got it. Might as well talk about an average taco shop. Meh. Not one of your highlights. Show me a greek restaurant with homemade dolma and spanakopita and we'll talk.
