Do the guts of the governor have to be removed? Can I just remove the bracket and linkage and call it good? I'm not concerned about loosing a little horse power by leaving the governor guts in place. Your video was very helpful to me. Thanks for posting it.

Great video with the right information I was looking for. Yes I've seen the bracket kits for the Harbor 79cc engines. I like this set up better. Also when you buy the kit from Gasbikes.net you get the motorcycle style fuel tank and the exhaust if you pay a bit more and get the 79cc monster 90.. The kit for the 79cc Monster 80. You don't. By the way did you finish your bike kit and ride like the wind?
