Hi my name is Branch I'm going to train some biceps today. I'm going to use my back my neck my legs my calves and my head. I'm going to swing and rock backwards and forwards with huge momentum with my fake steroid strength. In fact! I'm going to use every single muscle i possibly can but my biceps to move the weight that's true mind muscle connection pick a bodypart and an exercise but try your best not to use that muscle to move the weight use everything else but the targeted muscle and don't forget plenty and plenty of steroids. Honestly these guys belong in a circus
