Johnnie Jackson and Branch Warren along with Lewisville SWAT officer Butch Steinle 9 weeks out from coming back from retirement to none other than a very stacked Arnold Classic in Columbus Ohio.
This is for the most part a raw set-for-set recap of Branch and Johnnie's shoulder training. What is not shown are the "warm up" sets leading to the heavy sets and dropsets. Regardless of what these guys do, you should train on your own level and with form that compliments your own physical conditioning and goals.

@@incogcheeto7062 .... Bruh I've been to a PF. IT IS NOT LIKE OTHER GYMS!!!! I call it the pussy gym. The maximum dumbbell is 75lbs. The machines carry less weight than the machines at the gyms I go to. PF is not cut out for the hardcore guys trying to look like beasts.
