HOLY CRAP I KNOW THESE THIEVES! I worked at Target as security and these rats used to come in and ask guests to pay for their groceries. We would always deny them from entering so never had a chance to steal inside store.. This is from Iowa so it's crazy that they have made their way to Ohio.
