I have never worked as hard in any yoga class as I am now, working my way through the foundations of yoga series. It just shows how important it is to take the time to make sure that poses are done properly and all the necessary muscles are engaged. Wow! It is hard work. My body is soooo tight. Thank you Adriene for your gift to us!

I was watching the older foundations videos and there has been quite a transformation in your presenting style. Always some humour, but there's more of an ease and openness of your personality.

Sooo glad you're on YT sharing your humor and joie de vivre. It makes a huge difference - yoga instructors can be pretty dang dry and serious. Thanks :}

As if I couldn't love you more. I am utilizing your foundations videos as I prepare for my practical Hatha Yoga exam this coming Monday, and I found myself singing along with your Annie Lennox lyrics. You make my heart smile. I may have been getting my certificate from another Yoga school, but all I know I have truly learned from you. Your guidance has provided me with the confidence to find who I truly am and who I wish to become. Much love to you Adriene (and team 😉)

I just did the Wind Relieving Pose, Warrior 3 and Gate Pose. They were all amazing. Three weeks left and then I've finished the whole 'Foundations' playlist and can start doing the beginners yoga sequences. Thank you so much +yogawithadriene

If I could like this video more than once, I would. I usually do this pose when my arms/wrists aren't up to side plank pose without putting a knee down. I generally try to keep my foot in line with my body to work my balance, but turning it out got to some nooks and crannies that needed getting to, as well as then stretching to the counter side each time. Thank you!

Be me, a man, joyfully commando in my sweats (home practice am I right?), listening intently to your every word, forgetting I'm not a woman. "..and we're gonna give our inner thigh a little slap!", she says. Swiftly slap myself, but catch the dangly bits and my high pitch scream gives the cat a heart attack. Guess I still need to work on my body awareness a little hahaha
