I am really loving this series, I just wish the practices were longer. For me a 30 minute practice is perfect. Thank you for the yoga!

I have been doing yoga for a year and a half now with yoga with Adrienne videos. I love reading the comments but have not commented until now. I wanted to say thanks for fueling my love of yoga. I have always been an active person but needed a change once I hit my 50,s. Yoga with Adrienne has made me so much stronger and the meditation videos help to calm my mind after a busy day. I thank you so much Adrienne for your playful attitude and for being yourself. You make me smile each time. I also have the deepest respect for everyone who shows up each time. Keep it up - it will be worth it !

This is exactly what I needed. Four months after this went live, I finally have the time to go through my most favorite 30-day yoga journey, which I've been following for 6+ years. We recently moved to another state, which came with all sorts of challenges. This daily practice ancors and relaxes me every day, and this one here was especially needed. I'm crying, Adriene! I began this journey back on January 1st, and a lot of bad stuff happened, so I stopped at day 13. I waited a bit to come back, and started from the beginning, and wow, bad stuff! My canine yoga partner tested positive for Lyme. The car engine died. But I finished something today that was the hardest part all along. And while I didn't necessarily plan to finish this course today, I did. It was beautiful. I let go of a lot, learned a lot, feel stronger but able to bend with the wind. Thank you so much for this course.

This felt wonderful. And it was surprisingly hard to do that hip push up exercise. If I turn my hands out it gets way easier. And what does it feel like to be awake? I don’t know? It feels like I’m feeling? Experiencing?

I love that you included blocks in the practice! When I was starting my yoga journey I often felt that using props was like "cheating". Took me a while to realize how useful they are! It was a great one!
