子どもに関わる仕事をしておりまして、その中に『小麦』のアレルギーを持つ子がいます。 真っ先にその子も食べられるケーキかな？って思うと嬉しくなりました。 仕事での関わりなので、その子へ直接作る事は出来ませんが、私の知識として勉強になりました。 個人的に作り、学びにしたいと思います。
