Hi everyone..
Here again I shared a simple recipe from Mauritius.
Please find the recipe and the way how to make Gateau Manioc in my video.
Please be careful when u blend the cassava / Manioc, u should grate it first because it's hard. if you feel not enough water, you may add water apart from 250 ml coconut milk. Let say add 50 ml of water into it. Quantity you put will not fail you to make this cake, don't worry.. it will just differ the texture of the Gateau manioc/cassava cake. You may adjust the quantity according to your taste.
