Cycle signal on or off stops the sound a washer or dryer makes when it's done. Meatball subs or calzones with chopped up meatballs is how I always use my meatballs up because my kids won't always eat them (kids are weird) We bought that popcorn maker!! Love you so much!!

I love your gather your fragments videos! A tip for miss Lauren, I have been making and decorating cakes for several years now, with the cupcake cakes make a nice homemade butter cream and whip it a little bit so it’s easy to spread. Once you get it spread evenly over your cupcakes let it sit for a few minutes, then take a viva paper towel (the smooth with no ripples or designs) and smooth over the icing with your hand. That is the best trick I learned to decorate cakes!

Good morning Amy I’m always amazed how you can gather what you have on hand and make such delicious foods and desserts. I was sitting here thinking about what I am going to have to eat the next couple of days and I’m going to do what you would do and go thru my pantry and freezer. I’ll probably surprise myself, lol! Thanks for today, Thank you for reading today’s Proverb most of all. Congratulations to Jaydn, I didn’t realize she was starting college…how exciting.y Have a fantastic and blessed day.

If you have a pot or pan, that has burnt food in the bottom, I have THE best advice ever! Just sprinkle a little laundry detergent over the bottom, pour some hot water on top - and leave it alone for 30 minutes. No heavy scrubbing, nothing else. And then just wash as regularly - the burnt stuff almost dissolves and melts off, like magic 🙂

The kielbasa and macaroni and cheese made me think of a meal my mom used to make. When we were kids, she would always seem to make Spam and Macaroni for supper the nights we would go get our haircuts. It wasn’t until I became a mother myself did I realize that she was doing the best she could with what we had. Still one of my favorite combos although we don’t eat it often but when we do I call and ask if we’re going to get haircuts 😉

Your comment about till the cows come home had me thinking as we use that term in Scotland also. I googled it and this is the info I got. The expression was in use during the 19th century, with an example appearing in print in 1829, in a British newspaper called The Times: “If the Duke will but do what he unquestionably can do, and propose a Catholic Bill with securities, he may be Minister, as they say in Scotland 'until the cows come home. '” Amazing how so many sayings are used all over the world. Love your channel by the way.

We also say it in Canada. As for the cows they just need the right motivation. During a snowstorm in October, the snow knocked down the electric fence, and the cows did come home... they walked the 5 miles from our north pasture to the home yard. We would have moved them in the next few weeks but they were ready to come home early.

I would suggest reading the book Health at Every Size by Linda Bacon and the Intuitive Eating book by Evelyn Triboli and Elyse Resch. Our body size is largely something we cannot control (contrary to what Diet culture makes us believe) and the way to not feel out of control around food is to stop demonizing foods and making them off limits. It sounds counterintuitive, I know! Anyway, definitely give those books a read, the science is fascinating and I think you’ll find them to be empowering and hopeful!

Hi Amy...yummy recipes, as usual...I love Pad Thai also and want to make your version. What kind of noodles did you use? Thank you :) Have a great weekend!

Love your videos! Just FYI, the pad Thai isn’t vegetarian with the chicken bouillon but I bet it would be good with a vegetable one 😊👍

I like watching you make food for your family, but there would be a rebellion a my home if I tried to serve cucumbers that often. I made pickles yesterday and one of the families I follow she freezes hers or I give extra veggies, fruit to neighbors. Hoping to see different kind of donuts(vanilla ,chocolate chip). Have blessed weekend
