Gatlinburg MY FIRST TIME! SkyLift Park, Earthquake Ride, Mysterious Mansion & First Mountain Coaster

Join us for our first ever visit to Gatlinburg Tennessee to do some of our MUST DO attractions! We start out the day with a visit to Skylift park, where we ride the sky life up the mountain, walk the daunting Gatlinburg SkyBridge - Located at the top of the iconic SkyLift, 1,800 feet above sea level, the Gatlinburg SkyBridge is the longest pedestrian cable bridge in North America! We also walk the sky trail and go up the BRAND NEW Tulip Tower, a tribute to the fires of 2016, and the perseverance and rebuilding of this attraction. After that, we finally get to experience Earthquake the Ride, a really weird dark ride right on the Gatlinburg strip, and then get to experience Mysterious Mansion, a 3-story classic haunted house attraction themed like a Victorian mansion that was SO MUCH FUN, we loved it! We top the day off with our first ever ride on an alpine coaster, aka a mountain coaster, at Rockytop Alpine Coaster - The Rocky Top Mountain Coaster is the longest coaster in east Tennessee and the first one in the world with FOUR uplifts! A fabulous day doing a few iconic Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge TN attractions we've always wanted to do, hope you enjoyed experiencing them with us!

OMG! I about died on the bridge at the SkyLift (terrific of heights here). At the end I was so happy I walked through the entire bridge. We did Mysterious Mansion last week during their Halloween Phobia event. It was super cool, we agree that it was definitely worth going through the MM. It was also our first time doing an experience like this and it was super scary, we had so many actors and they kept following us! We did make it through the whole experience and are so happy we got to enjoy this house!

Jackie& Sam - there is an EXCELLENT Titanic Museum Pigeon Forge that has authentic artifacts from the ship and recreated rooms and decks. It really is done well and presented respectfully. The headphone thing is very helpful - enjoy your trip!

We were also there July 30th -Aug 2nd. Did the Alpine coaster, Anakeesta, Ripley's Aquarium, and eat at Blake Shelton's new restaurant Ole Red. We try to different things every time we go to Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. So much to do and not enough time. FUN!!!

So we just binged watch your & Sam’s adventures through the Smokey’s and loved them started plotting our own road trip out east.. I grew up riding through there & miss those mountains. Wow, Jackie, the Alpine Coaster looked like so much fun! Cool that the ride lasts so long. It’s also nice that it mixes things up with fast parts and then the slow, steady climbs upwards, gives you a chance to catch your breath for the next fast part. Loved this video! We rode on those exact mountain coasters just a couple of years ago and it was our first time as well! We rode at nighttime and it is really pretty all lit up with colorful lights! I highly recommend that for the next time that you guys are there!

We’ve been there so much it’s our home away from home but I’ve never done the SkyBridge because I’ve always been too scared haha We randomly found that spooky mansion last time we were there but didn’t go inside. There’s also a Gatlinburg Trail we love to do at the end of the main strip Gatlinburg parkway heading toward GSMNP! Beautiful water flowing and easy paths to walk on. Hope to see you there someday! We love seeing your adventures in a place we love to go too! And love your Hocus Pocus shirt too of course 🥰

We were there in November and it was freezing! The fire pit by the sky bridge felt so good! We rode three Alpine coasters, including the one you went on. The one up at Ober Gatlinburg was better. The third one was in Pigeon Forge at night and that was amazing!

I love the sky lift and it’s history. I saw when they were rebuilding after the fires and saw helicopters putting in the poles for the new skylift. Ober Gatlinburg has a nice mountain coaster but the one you all did looks awesome too. The skybridge is pretty awesome too. I have yet to go to the mysterious mansion but it’s on my list. My favorite thing is the space needle because I love heights. Great video as always. 😀
