मै तो ऐक बार ही तडखा लगा कर भूनते है,मै इसे सरसो तेल मे ,सबसे पहले जीरे प्याज अदरख,लहसुन,हरी मिर्चके तडके के साथ टमाटर ग्रेवी के साथ किचनकिँग सब्जी मसाले के साथ भून कर पकाते है ,बहुत टेस्टी बनती है।ग्वार फली मेरी मन पँसँद सब्जी है।आप का अपना,तरीका,हमारा अपना तरीका।
