Your comments about sci-fi prompting existential crisis is so relatable. I used to read a lot of sci-fi but it's almost always about the universe in danger or what makes us human or settling a new planet or it's dystopian and I can't handle the weight lol

I was in a similar situation with my best friend and living together. Some people are definitely not fit to live together, and its a tough situation to talk through. However, my best friend and i are still besties after our rough roomie times and a small break, so i have high hopes for your and your house mate. The plot to Finlay Donovan reminds me of Horrible Bosses, the 2011 movie which is so funny. I like cosy mysteries where you don't have to think about the dead body and get to have fun. So glad you had such a great reading experience this vlog x

I have the same existential crisis when i think about space, dystopia, etc. But a good sci-fi series that doesn't do that for me is the Murderbot series. It is amazing and light, fun sci-fi
