Thunderstorms and lightning all night here in south Devon. Very windy and very very 💦. Gav please take some multi vitamins and minerals capsules or tablets. Epsom salts for aches and pains. Hopefully the weather will change. It sounds very angry 😡

Gavin, I've watched the first minute, I recognise your situation, I have been coughing on & off (mostly on) since Christmas Day, talking is a major trigger, likewise cold air doesn't help. There is a lot of it about, take care, just remember, recovery is just around the corner! (Do hope you are now on daily Vit D tablets, the NHS does suggest such for winter, but I'd be looking at a much higher dosage)
