Apple Tartlets/ Easy Apple Crumble/gawa's kitchen Apple 🍎 Crumble

Ingredients
250g butter
1 cup sugar
2 teaspoons vanilla essence
2 eggs
2 cups Selfraising flour
2 cups Cake flour
30ml oil vegetable or canola oil
filling
410g pie apples or fresh Apples
2 tablespoons brown sugar I ended up adding 4 tablespoons but it's up to you how sweet u want them
3/4 to 1 teaspoons cinnamon up to u as well could add 1/2 teaspoon
bake @190 degrees
12-15 minutes

schweet, lekker lekker soos n Krakker... gonna try these for sure with some local Bramley Irish apples, they are nice and tart so ill need to sprinkle some icing sugar to balance it.

Hi yes I use selfraising flour and Cake flour because that's what u get in South Africa but I'm sure u can use All purpose flour instead Cake flour

Also I think if u mix 1 cup of All purpose flour and mix 2 teaspoon baking powder that will give u selfraising flour

Wslm the recipe doesn't call for butter but I'm sure u can it's not my recipe it's just a recipe I found in 1 of my late mom's old recipe books and I just followed it,the full Recipe is in the description box below the video
