i'm curious (and i now we'll probably never get an answer) on if they could simply modify her normal outfit/slap a filter or overlay on it, or if they had to actually have a new one made. it's also worth pointing out that she also had variable accessories as red gura with different hairbands and the eyepatch for treasure box, which to me suggests that some level of temporary alterations or editing is possible

Kanauru already said before that whenever a collaboration like this happens, the talents send him their performances and he just takes care of the background and everything else. So whenever you see Gura, Kiara or any other talent use his services, know well that it's the talent dancing. The background stuff, the lighting, the setting, that's all Kanauru.
