It may be so, but if she did wanted a collabs, even language barrier cant stop her. Her mama ever goes uneasy since she just noticed that Gura not speaking japanese. When her mama went afraid and panic that collabs got trouble by language barrier, Gura confront her and calm her down, telling that everything will be alright. So, I think there is another reason aside being introvert since she still able doing collabs even didnt talk japanese. The common case is third party problem. There are many rumours about some of her unfriendly fans which strike other holo member for leeching her and stuff. Same case happened to other holo member too which in result, they feel uneasy if collabing with other member.

Rumours are just rumours. Nobody can stop Gura from collaborating. She has the most subs as a Vtuber. Gura is an introvert. Introvert isn't the type to go all the way to collaborate with other Vtubers unless the management request it. I believe Hololive management isn't as free as Nijisanji or some Independent Vtubers. Do look at Kson that she isn't in Hololive. She has so much freedom to collab whoever she wants as an independent Vtuber.
