Stop worrying about people's private lives. Wasn't homophobia brought to Africa by religious colonizers anyways? Either way, homophobia is not culture. Homophobia is hatred and fear. This is concerning and Ghanaians should be worried, it's not a good sign. This law can be used to go after political opponents. A mere allegation can get you to jail cause there isn't a way of proving the allegation without catching people in the act. Like accusation of witchcraft this law will only apply to the poor. As Africans we need to distance ourselves from religion it has cause us more harm than anything in the world.
